Date Night Ideas

Coming up with different date ideas for my husband and I has been a challenge, but is something that I want to focus on this year. Let's face it when you have two full-time jobs, two toddlers and a new home, the romance department takes a back seat, but I don't want that to be an excuse for us not to do things with each other. I recently had a poll on Instagram, and you guys shared some great date ideas, so I decided to share the wealth. One of my favorites was put your mans shirt on grab the wine and just enjoy each other, simple but perfect.

I truly loved every idea. What we decided to do was put all the date ideas in a jar for date night twice monthly. Green for simple dates and red for extravagant dates. I love that it's a fun way for us to plan our date nights and also gives us time to prepare for babysitters and not make excuses not to do it.
